Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this day and age, this issue has become a particularly salient aspect of contemporary society. While this development has generated considerable debate, there are compelling arguments on both sides. This essay will address both questions in turn before drawing a balanced conclusion.
With regard to the first question, I believe that giving our work to somebody is not the right way to give employment opportunities to others. Instead, there are other different reasons to provide the employment services to the job seekers. Firstly, if we are lacking the skill of doing that particular job then only we can hire a candidate to do that work on our behalf. This, in turns, saves time and also give support to the job holders.
Turning to the second question, I would say that people should definitely do the work by themselves otherwise they would become lazy. Moreover, even if they are busy still they should manage their schedule because that is their responsibility not somebody’s else. In other words, they should know how to make a balance between their personal and work life. A clear example of this can be seen when an independent women manage her work and home life together by owning up her responsibilities. As a result of which she became independent.
In conclusion, in response to the first question, different other reasons are there to give work to somebody rather than just don’t wanted to do that. As for the second, people will become smarter if they learn how to manage their responsibilities. The world will surely be a better place to live in if everyone can own up to their on commitments.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The essay addresses both parts of the prompt, but the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. While you state your position clearly, the arguments lack depth. For instance, in the second paragraph, you suggest that hiring help is only acceptable if one lacks skills, but you do not explore the economic implications of outsourcing household labor as a form of job creation. The conclusion repeats points rather than synthesizing them. To improve, ensure that each body paragraph provides a concrete example or a more detailed explanation of the 'why' behind your opinion, rather than just stating it.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices such as 'In this day and age', 'Turning to the second question', and 'In conclusion'. However, some transitions feel mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'This, in turns, saves time and also give support to the job holders.' The link between the two questions could be smoother to create a more cohesive flow throughout the entire piece.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, including phrases like 'salient aspect' and 'compelling arguments'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'give employment services' instead of 'provide employment opportunities' and 'owning up her responsibilities' instead of 'taking ownership of her responsibilities'. The vocabulary is generally sufficient to convey your meaning, but it lacks the precision and flexibility required for a higher band score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While your meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'this... give support') and article usage (e.g., 'an independent women'). There are also minor punctuation and spelling errors, such as 'on commitments' instead of 'own commitments'. While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on proofreading for basic agreement and pluralization would be beneficial.
