Student answer (Band 6.0)

There is ongoing debate, where one section of society indicates that household chores or child care tasks can be given to others if we do not have time or want. However, others opine that these works should be done by own. In my opinion tasks should be done by ourself as it has more benefits.

The first and foremost reason for transferring these task to another is in best way of giving work is, yes sometimes somebody is unable to do hard jobs and have skills of managing these tasks easily. Also, people has busy schedule at work and do not have enough time to manage personal and professional life. At these situations, providing home and child care to another one is best best of giving work .

On contrary, importance of doing work by own cannot be neglected. We should do households by own because it is a place where we are living and we should design and care it according to own to make it beautiful. Also, taking care of children by own makes parents bond more stronger with their offspring. Children know the love of parents and family values which are essential for learning social value. These things will result in children future when they care their parents in old age and makes same efforts to organize home and parents care.

To recapitulate, no doubt, assigning household jobs and children care to others as job as best method when we has hectic schedule in our daily life. However, importance of caring home and kids play vital role to make family relationship more stronger .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: whether this is a good way to provide work and whether people should do these tasks themselves. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. The argument for outsourcing is brief and lacks specific examples, while the argument for doing tasks oneself is more developed but relies on generalisations. The position is clear, but the explanation of why it is a 'good way of providing work' is underdeveloped, focusing more on the convenience for the employer than the economic or social impact on the worker. To reach a higher band, you should provide more concrete examples or deeper analysis of the implications of this trend.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of ideas. There is an attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'The first and foremost reason', 'On contrary', and 'To recapitulate'. However, some of these are used inaccurately or mechanically, such as 'On contrary' (should be 'On the contrary') and 'at these situations' (should be 'in these situations'). The referencing is sometimes unclear, and the flow between sentences could be smoother. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words will help achieve a higher score.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks range and precision. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'done by own' (should be 'done by oneself'), 'design and care it' (should be 'maintain it'), and 'makes parents bond more stronger' (should be 'strengthens the bond'). While the meaning is generally clear, the lack of sophisticated or precise vocabulary limits the score. You should focus on learning collocations and using more varied, topic-specific vocabulary to express your ideas more naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('people has busy schedule'), article usage, and incorrect prepositional phrases. For example, 'at these situations' and 'done by own' are grammatically incorrect. While the meaning is usually understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. You should focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and ensuring that your sentence structures are grammatically sound.
