Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, people are multi-tasking, so they manage things together. But we are human being and we can be tired to do same things everyday. So, I think both things can work but its depands on different situations and tasks which I will be elaborate in upcoming paragraphs.
To start with, in these days, everyone is working especially in foreign countries. Firstly, women go for work to mange their house expenses and afterthat, they will cook for family which makes them more tired and even so they do not have time to enjoy quality time by doing activities and spending with family. Ultimately, this create gap between relationships.Secondly, Sometimes, We are suffer from pain or some problems at workplace and we just tried to manage it but later it creates many problems. For example, many people during work they fall down on the floor or they hit by sometime. Then instead of going home by giving their work to other, they just contious and try to finish their work because of pay but money is not everything. Thus, sometimes, it is important to giving work to others.
On the flip side, as take care for children is very important which just parents can do because they are first teacher for their children and I think they should organize children work and household chores to give good environment and nutrition to their child. Moreover, on workplace it important to manage many things at one time like different stations. For example, weekdays is not busy and they just scheduled two persons at 5 stations along with dishwasher so person should be fast and handle the things if they want to get higher position.
To conclude, I personally believe It depends on the work, person and place because everybody need rest sometimes. Sometime people are lazy to manage many things together which create trouble for them.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt, discussing the benefits of outsourcing tasks and the importance of doing things oneself. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. The arguments regarding workplace safety and household chores are somewhat disjointed and lack clear logical progression. While a position is established in the introduction, the supporting points are often under-developed or rely on confusing examples, such as the anecdote about workplace injuries, which does not clearly link to the prompt's core question about outsourcing. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-explained idea that directly answers the specific question asked.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical flow between and within them is often weak. While some cohesive devices are used (e.g., 'To start with', 'Moreover', 'To conclude'), they are sometimes used mechanically or inappropriately. The transition between the idea of working women and the example of workplace accidents is abrupt, making the paragraph difficult to follow. Additionally, referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the final paragraph where the connection between 'lazy' and the previous arguments is not well-established. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring a clear thematic progression would significantly enhance the coherence of the writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There is a reliance on basic, repetitive language (e.g., 'manage', 'things', 'work'). Some word choices are inaccurate or unnatural, such as 'we are suffer from pain' instead of 'we suffer from pain' or 'contious' (likely meaning 'continue'). There is little evidence of less common lexical items or idiomatic expressions. To reach a higher band, you should focus on using more specific vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'delegation', 'work-life balance', or 'personal responsibility', and pay closer attention to correct word forms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'it depends', 'everybody needs'), incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'it is important to giving'), and missing articles or prepositions. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some run-on sentences and misuse of commas. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents the response from reaching a higher band. Focusing on sentence construction and proofreading for basic errors would be highly beneficial.
