Student answer (Band 6.5)
By being busy with different things some people often do not get enough time to complete some jobs such as household chores and many more. Instead of taking the stress to complete these tasks by themselves individuals often prefer to hire somebody to finish them. I strongly think that is it an absolute perfect way to provide employment to others.
On the one hand, the most prominent point is that wrapping up the small tasks for other humans can lead a person to earn a little extra money which may help them to enjoy the life in a little better way. To elaborate on it, if one person needs help with something and another one is willing to do it for gaining additional income then it can be a win-win situation for both of them as for the first person the task is getting completed and the second one is earning better by doing that.
Additionally, more the jobs will be created regardless being major or minor one more the chances will be to have equal distribution of the money among all the individuals. To explain it, if a person is considerably rich then providing jobs to the ones who are poor and paying them money can pave a path for them to have better distribution of money which can result in a little possible way to make poor people a little wealthy and rich people a little poor.
On the other hand, human should try to finish all off their works by themselves if they are able to do it as it helps them to stay physically fit and not reliable on others. Being dependent on others for completion of tasks can lead them to be lazy and physically unfit.
In conclusion, although both of the sides have their own perks and drawbacks, I undoubtedly believe that giving employment opportunities to others in any small or big way can lead everyone to enjoy a joyful life in several ways.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing employment and the personal responsibility of doing chores. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat simplistic. For instance, the argument regarding wealth distribution is a bit abstract and lacks a concrete, real-world example to support the claim that hiring help makes 'rich people a little poor.' While the ideas are relevant, they could be extended with more nuanced reasoning to reach a higher band. The conclusion effectively summarizes the writer's stance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a distinct focus. Cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand,' 'Additionally,' and 'In conclusion' are used to guide the reader. However, some transitions are slightly mechanical, and the flow between sentences could be smoother. For example, the transition between the idea of 'win-win situations' and 'wealth distribution' in the second paragraph is a bit abrupt. Overall, the paragraphing is appropriate and the progression of ideas is easy to follow.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to convey their meaning clearly. There are some attempts at less common collocations, such as 'pave a path' and 'win-win situation.' However, the range is somewhat limited, and there is some repetition of basic terms like 'jobs,' 'tasks,' and 'money.' Some phrasing is slightly unnatural, such as 'wrapping up the small tasks for other humans' or 'enjoy the life in a little better way.' Expanding the range of synonyms and refining collocations would improve the score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is always clear, there are frequent minor errors in grammar and punctuation. Examples include 'more the jobs will be created... one more the chances will be' (awkward comparative structure), 'human should try' (missing article), and 'not reliable on others' (should be 'reliant'). Despite these errors, the grammatical control is sufficient to ensure that communication is not impeded. To improve, the writer should focus on article usage and consistent comparative structures.
