Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the benefits of providing employment and the question of whether people should perform these tasks themselves. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention employment generation and personal relaxation, the arguments lack depth and specific examples. For instance, the point about 'youngsters' needing jobs is a good start, but it is not fully explored. To reach a higher band, ensure that each main idea is supported by a clear, detailed explanation or a concrete example. The conclusion is also quite brief and does not fully summarize the main points discussed in the body paragraphs.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Furthermore', 'However', and 'To conclude' to link your thoughts. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as the transition 'It is good way of helping others...' which lacks a clear connection to the previous sentence. Additionally, some sentences are slightly disjointed, and the referencing (e.g., 'they if people having toddlers') is occasionally unclear, which affects the flow of the argument. Improving the variety and precision of your linking words will enhance the overall coherence.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your meaning clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'employment rate', 'household chores', and 'babysitter'. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there are instances of awkward phrasing or word choice, such as 'not make them felt that they are being helped' and 'like to spend time with their loved'. There are also some minor errors in word formation, such as 'numerous of houses'. To improve, try to incorporate more precise collocations and a wider range of vocabulary to express your ideas with greater sophistication.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'everyone is having', 'The idea... have positive effects'), missing articles, and awkward sentence construction (e.g., 'they if people having toddlers'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are noticeable and occur regularly. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence structure and proofreading for common errors like verb tense consistency and article usage. Increasing the variety of complex structures while maintaining accuracy will help you achieve a higher score.
