Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is an undeniable fact that people nowadays are so busy with their office work, and they have no time for household chores or looking after kids. I believe that they can hire someone as a caregiver to help with taking care of their children and home, but it is not the proper way of assigning a job to a stranger; instead, they should do their own as a responsibility.
To begin with, the first reason is that the child safety. If parents hire a person that they are not familiar with, then their children are at risk. For example, many news reports show that caregivers treat the kids in a bad manner. As a result, when they grow up, they become criminals because of the bad nurturing from their past. Moreover, if people leave their house under someone's surveillance, then there is a chance of robbery. I have heard that most of the houses robbed are by strangers who were working in the same house. For instance, 30% of thefts are done by caregivers and housekeepers.
To avoid this problem, people should make a routine that they can easily manage with their own work. Parents should set a fixed schedule and arrange a time so that one can stay with their children and take care of household chores. For example, the father can work night shifts, and the mother can work morning shifts. So, if the timing hours are altered, then they can watch their little kids along with housekeeping.
To conclude, it is clear that people can pay a person to work for them, but it has some negative outcomes which they should not overlook. To the advantage that they should avoid paying someone for work. People must do their own work for their own family's safety.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: whether hiring help provides work for others and whether people should perform these tasks themselves. You clearly state your position that while hiring is possible, it is preferable for people to manage their own responsibilities. The ideas are relevant, though the development is somewhat limited. For example, the argument regarding child safety is a strong point, but the suggestion that parents should simply work alternating shifts to manage childcare and chores is a bit simplistic and does not fully account for the complexities of modern work-life balance. To improve, try to provide more nuanced arguments that acknowledge the economic benefits of domestic service while maintaining your stance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a distinct focus. You use some cohesive devices such as 'To begin with,' 'Moreover,' and 'To conclude,' which help guide the reader through your argument. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical, and the flow between sentences could be smoother. For instance, the transition in the final paragraph ('To the advantage that they should avoid...') is grammatically awkward and obscures the logical connection to the previous sentence. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each sentence flows naturally into the next would enhance the overall coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'undeniable fact,' 'surveillance,' and 'nurturing.' However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation that slightly hinder precision. For example, 'assigning a job to a stranger' is not the most natural way to describe hiring domestic help, and 'timing hours are altered' is vague. Additionally, the phrase 'bad manner' is simplistic. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and academic vocabulary, such as 'domestic assistance' or 'professional childcare,' rather than relying on general terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is appropriate for this level. There are several grammatical errors, such as 'the child safety' (article error), 'the houses robbed are by strangers' (awkward passive construction), and 'do their own' (missing object). While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. You should work on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles. Additionally, try to incorporate more varied complex structures, such as conditional sentences or relative clauses, while ensuring they are punctuated correctly to improve your accuracy.
