Student answer (Band 5.5)
In these days it is quite common to give money to someone for our work. Mostly we don't want to do and also we don't have time to do it. For instance, kitchen work and take care of our children.
Firstly, i will talk about is this a good way of providing job to the people. So, yes this is a very good initiative to give job to someone. Some people do not have jobs, because they do not have higher studies. For example, they can't do the office jobs so when they get this type of they can earn money make their life more easier.
Secondly, according to my opinion the people can do work by themselves they should do it, rather than paying money to someone else. Because we do not now ow the another person is we can't give all the information of our house. But the people those who have full time jobs they can get help of someone and get their work done. Because in their hectic schedule it is so hard to do their thing after coming back to home. So, whenever they hire someone they do not need to worry about their kids and their pending household chores.
In my opinion, it is totally depends on person to person schedule the people those do not have time to pay attention to their household chores and their children should hire someone to do their pending works. As this can help someone those who do not have work.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: whether it is a good way to provide work and whether people should do these tasks themselves. However, the development of ideas is limited. The argument regarding job creation is somewhat simplistic, focusing only on those without higher education. The second part of the argument is clearer, acknowledging the balance between personal responsibility and the needs of busy professionals. To improve, you should provide more nuanced examples or deeper analysis of the social implications of outsourcing domestic labor. The position is clear, but the supporting arguments lack the depth required for a higher band score.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is quite basic and sometimes repetitive (e.g., 'Firstly', 'Secondly', 'So'). There are instances where the logical flow between sentences is disjointed, such as the transition between the discussion of job creation and the personal opinion section. Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the connection between ideas within paragraphs could be strengthened by using a wider variety of linking words and better signposting to guide the reader through your arguments.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision needed for higher bands. You rely on simple, repetitive phrasing such as 'do work', 'do things', and 'give job'. There are also some awkward collocations and word choice errors, such as 'make their life more easier' (should be 'easier') and 'do not now ow' (likely a typo for 'know who'). To improve, focus on using more academic collocations and precise terminology related to employment and domestic responsibilities.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('it is totally depends'), missing articles, and awkward phrasing ('the people those who have full time jobs'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some run-on sentences and missing commas. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors impacts the overall fluency of the writing. Focusing on sentence construction and proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy will help improve your score.
