Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this modern world it becomes trend that people need support from other to do any kind of work whether it is related to their profession or related to their personal lives. To some extent it is good but relying more on others has no positive outcomes.
To start with, the reason why people rely on others in their profession as the technology changes the introduction of artificial intelligence(AI tools) makes everyone life easy but actually people are becoming lazy day by day they don’t want to do hard work for anything which is good at some point but not always give them positive feedback. Secondly, people choose to get the things done from others rather then doing by themselves because they think they are not good enough to do it. They have no confidence in themselves. Everyone has their own opinion to this statement.
Moreover, people also hire day care when their children are in their early age which results in their love towards the parents are being fades away which is not a good thing for both of them. The reason might be they are busy in their professional lives but their personal lives are being ruined. So to solve this everyone whether is father or mother they have to take care of their children day by day or they can work from home so that they can spend lots of time with their kids.
In my opinion, I can say its not a good thing to depend on others or get the things done from others because hard work always pays off. People need to learn how to manage everything in their life by taking responsibility of what they do and how they do it. Thus, it is much easier for people to understand the value of money.
In conclusion, we can say that even though technology makes our life easier but we have to do everything by ourselves not to pay someone else to do our work.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt, discussing the implications of outsourcing tasks and arguing against it. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the argument regarding AI and laziness is introduced but not fully explored in relation to the prompt's specific examples of household chores or childcare. The position is clear, but the reasoning lacks depth and specific, well-supported examples. The conclusion is a bit repetitive, and the argument could be strengthened by providing more nuanced perspectives on why people might legitimately need help, rather than simply labeling it as laziness.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the argument. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally repetitive (e.g., 'To start with', 'Secondly', 'Moreover'). Some transitions between sentences are abrupt, and the logical flow within paragraphs could be smoother. For example, the transition from the discussion of professional AI tools to personal childcare feels disjointed. Referencing is generally clear, but the overall structure would benefit from more sophisticated linking words and a more cohesive progression of ideas throughout the text.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for a higher band. There is a reliance on basic phrasing, such as 'do any kind of work' and 'get the things done'. Some word choices are slightly unnatural or imprecise, such as 'their love towards the parents are being fades away'. While the meaning is generally clear, there is little evidence of less common lexical items or idiomatic control. To improve, you should focus on using more precise collocations and a wider variety of academic vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally hinder the flow. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'the reason why people rely... as the technology changes'), incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'are being fades away'), and punctuation errors. While the meaning is usually understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. You should focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and ensuring that complex sentences are constructed correctly.
