Nowaday, most of the people are busy in working in their field due to this, they have lack of time to complete the necessary work. Asking other people to purse their work in exchange of money is actually a good idea because they can spent time in other advantageous work and make their future best. If people working in respective field earn more money then it is better to pay other to work and complete their work like cleaning house, gardening and looking after their childrent etc. For example, person working as an engineer making more money and getting exhauted after coming from the work is unable to do his houshould work. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: whether paying others is a good way to provide work, and whether people should do these things themselves. The writer takes a clear position that outsourcing chores is beneficial because it frees up time for higher-value activities such as earning money and exercising. Ideas are generally relevant, but the development is somewhat repetitive, relying on similar arguments regarding health and career advancement across multiple paragraphs. The examples provided, such as an exhausted engineer avoiding health risks, help support the position, though some points remain under-developed. Overall, the task is adequately addressed, aligning well with the Band 6 descriptor for this criterion.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a clear attempt to structure the response into introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is utilised to separate distinct ideas, such as financial benefits versus health benefits. However, cohesion is frequently mechanical or faulty. Transitional phrases like 'First primary reason', 'Another key reason', and 'In conclusion' are used, but referencing is sometimes unclear, as seen in vague pronoun usage ('If he could invest...'). Furthermore, repetitive phrasing disrupts the logical flow and progression of ideas. While the overall message can be followed, the cohesive devices and organizational links are sufficiently flawed to place this firmly in the Band 5.5 to 6.0 range, achieving a Band 6.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The lexical resource is limited and adequate for the task, but contains numerous noticeable errors in word choice, collocation, and spelling. Examples of spelling and lexical inaccuracies include 'Nowaday' instead of 'Nowadays', 'purse their work' instead of 'pursue their work', 'evrything', 'exhauted', 'houshould', and 'childrent'. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'fast-paced life', 'lethal diseases', and 'advantageous', but these attempts are frequently marred by awkward collocations or morphological errors. The vocabulary is repetitive throughout the essay, constraining the lexical range. These errors cause occasional strain for the reader, fitting the Band 5 descriptor.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, utilizing conditional structures ('If people working in respective field earn more money then it is better...') and relative clauses. However, control over grammar is weak, with frequent errors in subject-verb agreement, articles, and prepositions. Examples include 'most of the people are busy in working', 'person can spent time', 'paying it to other and and investing these time', and missing articles ('For example, person working...'). These errors frequently impede smooth reading and demonstrate that complex structures are often faulty. Despite these frequent mistakes, the meaning remains mostly clear, which positions this writing at a Band 5.
