Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this modernized world with the advancement in technology our daily life is getting very easy and comfortable as compared to last decades. Most of the people nowadays are busy in their life even though they don't have enough time to do their basic works however some of them pay somebody to do the things on the behalf of them .In some views its good things to giving opportunity to others to earn money and save your time but other side some of the things have to be done by them self or make a balance of both of them to avoid consequences .
Nowadays everyone have very hectic schedule every person of the family doing jobs. Its very common to have a maid or a cook to do the basic house hold chores on daily basis . Its great thing to give opportunity to some one who want to do these kind of job ( full time or part time to earn some additional money) .For example having a servant to do your house cleaning and doing other things on monthly salary . Its good if you earning very well and want to give leisure life to your loved ones and giving chance to others to get a side income as well.
Moreover ,day care is very common nowadays because both parents are working and don't have enough time for there kids even before starting of the primary schools .Its very important to keep the childrens safe but teaching some basic etiquates and manner also spending quality time with them is very important. for the growth of their mind
In conclusion according to my point its good things to giving opportunity to others to do the work you don't want to do but make a balance of that upto which limit you have to do that because you not able to buy family time and loved ones with money.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both whether hiring help provides good employment opportunities and whether people should manage these tasks themselves. The writer takes a clear position, noting the economic benefits for workers and the time-saving advantages for families, while also acknowledging the need for a healthy balance. Ideas are generally relevant, mentioning examples such as hiring maids, cooks, and daycares. However, some arguments are a bit repetitive and under-developed, particularly when discussing the psychological impact on children. While the position is understandable, further extension and clearer support would elevate the task response to a higher band. Overall, the performance aligns with a Band 6.0 descriptor.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement and follows a standard paragraph structure with an introduction, body paragraphs addressing different aspects, and a conclusion. However, cohesion is frequently faulty and mechanical. The writer overuses phrases like 'Nowadays' at the beginning of multiple paragraphs, and referencing is sometimes unclear, such as 'do the things on the behalf of them' and 'make a balance of that'. Paragraphing is present, but logical progression between sentences occasionally breaks down due to missing or inappropriate connective devices. These limitations place this criterion at Band 5.5.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The student demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully employing everyday terms related to employment and family life, such as 'full time', 'part time', 'monthly salary', and 'day care'. There are, however, noticeable lexical errors and awkward collocations throughout the text, including 'basic works' instead of 'tasks' or 'chores', 'its good things to giving opportunity', and 'etiguates and manner'. Spelling mistakes like 'etiguates' (etiquette) and grammatical word-form slips also occur. While communication is not severely impeded, the frequency of word-choice inaccuracies restricts the score to a Band 5.5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, incorporating relative clauses and conditional ideas. However, control over grammar and punctuation is inconsistent. There are frequent errors in basic structures, subject-verb agreement ('everyone have', 'childrens'), missing articles ('its good if you earning', 'for the growth of their mind'), and run-on sentences with incorrect punctuation (e.g., missing commas and periods before new clauses). Although these errors do not completely obscure the meaning, they are persistent enough to prevent the text from reaching a Band 6.0, fitting comfortably within the Band 5.0 band descriptors.
