It is sometimes possible to pay somebody to do things you don't want to do, or don't have time to do, for example, household chores or looking after children.

Is this a good way of providing work for others?

Student answer (Band 5.0)

In today's fast paced world, lot of people struggle to do some of the daily chores or take care of kids because of lack of time or unwillingness to do it on their own. I strongly believe that hiring helpers is a good way of providing job to others and it is totally fine not to do it on their own.

To begin with, there are various social levels in a community including rich, middle class and poor. Rich and middle class people often tend to hire someone to work for them which creates employment opportunities for lower socio-economic groups or unemployed people.
