Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this day an age, the world has become fast paced. As a result, people prefer to hire workers to take care of their daily activities such as cleaning, cooking or babysitting, as it is tough to manage all tasks together in less time. From my perspective, it is clearly an effective way to give an employment to several people. However, humans should not rely totally on it, as some things should be done on their own.
On the one hand, it is conspicuous that nowadays many people are giving work people who are from poor background or someone who is in desperate need of a job. This is because there are numerous humans who could not study well and were not able to graduate due to financial restrictions. So, this is the most effective way for those individuals to earn money without any degree and help their family in terms of financial aid. For instance, in India, plenty of houses have maids, who does the household chores. As well as, they even take care of people's children when needed. This demonstrates that this way citizens who lack time and workers who need job, both can aid each other.
On the other hand, individuals gets extra comfortable with this convenient lifestyle. This is due to the fact that this househelp becomes a part of their routine. Moreover, they don't do those household tasks by themselves, even when they have enough time and opportunity. However, this makes them inactive when at home and also it makes difficult for them to manage on their own without help. For example, for any reason household worker or babysitter is not able to make to work then, it will turn out to be a disaster for them to handle everything in their own home.
In conclusion, it is crystal clear that giving household work or taking care of toddlers to people in need is the definately a great choice. However, individuals should not fully become dependent on them and should take initiative working themselves when househelp is not required.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The response addresses all parts of the task directly. You successfully answer both prompt questions by discussing how hiring workers provides employment opportunities for individuals from poor backgrounds, while also arguing that people should not rely totally on this lifestyle to avoid becoming inactive and helpless. Your position is clear throughout the essay. The ideas are generally well developed and supported with relevant examples, such as mentioning maids in India and the potential difficulties when a helper is absent. While some ideas could be extended further to reach a higher band, the overall treatment of the task is solid and meets the criteria for Band 6.5 to Band 7.0.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay displays a clear logical organisation and progression. You use appropriate introductory, body, and concluding paragraphs. Cohesive devices are employed to link your ideas, such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion'. However, there are some minor issues with referencing and cohesion; for example, phrases like 'giving work people who are' contain grammatical linking errors, and 'As well as, they even take care' is awkwardly phrased. Despite these mechanical flaws, the overall arrangement is coherent, making the text easy to follow throughout.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully attempting less common items such as 'fast paced', 'financial restrictions', 'convenient lifestyle', and 'definately'. However, there are notable word choice and collocation errors, such as 'giving work people', 'human who could not study', and 'take initiative working themselves'. Spelling errors like 'definately' also occur. These errors do not impede communication, but they prevent the vocabulary score from rising into the higher bands, placing your lexical resource firmly at Band 6.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence forms throughout the essay, including conditional and relative clauses like 'as it is tough to manage' and 'when any reason household worker or babysitter is not able to make to work'. However, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with missing articles ('give an employment', 'lack time and workers who need job'), subject-verb agreement ('individuals gets'), and awkward phrasing ('it will turn out to be a disaster for them to handle everything in their own home'). These errors occur frequently but rarely impede overall communication, reflecting Band 6.0 descriptors.
