Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is often seen that people hire employees to do their personal work because of limited time and priorities. In the following paragraphs, this eassy will explain why this is an effective way to generate employment to others, and why some should prioritize to do work by themselves.
By paying others to do things such as household chores and taking care of children, people are generating employment opportunities to others. This is beacuse many inviduals are earning money. The more people depends on others for personal work, the more they are likely to contribute to jobs generation. This approach is not only providing earning opportunities to many job seekers, but also save substantial time of working individuals. It also provides working people with sufficient time to focus on professional work. For instance, a busy businessmen can save a subtantial amount of time by hiring cleaner to do his home cleaning. Therefore, it is a better way to generate employment and saving time.
Instead of relying on others, parents should do take care of their children by their own. This will strong their bonds with them, and can develop a better understanding. Moreover, by maintaing their homes on by own, housewives can simultaneously reduce their monthly household expenses and keep thier bodies in a good shape. Because home maintainence staffs charge a huge amount and it also requires physical work. For example, a housewife can easily stay physically fit and active, if she start doing regular household chore by herself.
To conclude, indeed, hiring others to perform household chores offer employment opportunities to others. However, people who have suffcient time should do this work on their own.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address both questions and maintain a clear overall position: paying others can create employment, while people with sufficient time should do some tasks themselves. The employment point is supported by the example of a busy businessman hiring a cleaner, and you explain benefits such as saving time. Your second view is also relevant, with reasons about parent-child bonds, household costs and physical activity. This covers the task well, but the two sides are not equally developed: the case for doing tasks oneself relies mainly on general claims, and the conclusion does not qualify which tasks or circumstances make this preferable. To strengthen the response, explain these conditions and develop one example more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, one paragraph for each main view, and a conclusion. The progression from employment benefits to reasons for doing tasks personally is easy to follow, and signposts such as “For instance,” “Moreover,” and “To conclude” help guide the reader. Some linking is mechanical, however, and a few connections are unclear. For example, “This approach is not only providing earning opportunities … but also save substantial time” combines ideas without fully controlled parallel structure, while “Because home maintenance staffs charge a huge amount” is a fragment that interrupts the paragraph’s flow. Use fewer formulaic transitions and connect each reason explicitly to the main point of its paragraph.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “employment opportunities,” “job seekers,” “professional work,” and “household expenses,” and you attempt some less common expressions such as “substantial amount.” However, inaccurate word choice, collocation and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause. Examples include “generate employment to others,” “jobs generation,” “maintaining their homes on by own,” and misspellings such as “eassy,” “beacuse,” and “subtantial.” Some phrases also sound unnatural, including “keep their bodies in a good shape.” Build a more reliable range by learning common word partnerships for employment, domestic work and family relationships, and proofread spelling and word forms before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional clause (“if she start doing regular household chore by herself”) and a contrastive conclusion beginning “However.” Meaning is generally recoverable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction occur across the response. For example, “many individuals are earning” and “the more people depends” do not maintain consistent agreement, while “parents should do take care” contains an unnecessary verb form. “Because home maintenance staffs charge a huge amount” is a sentence fragment, and “if she start” needs a correctly formed verb. Aim first for accurate, complete sentences, then add complex structures; check subject–verb agreement and ensure every subordinate clause is attached to a main clause.
