Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, people hire someone for their household chores or taking care of children. There are several reasons why this is happening. In my opnion, hiring someone is good if person is employed. It also gives oppurtunity to others to maintain their financial support.
Firstly, Hiring others can be benefecial for both household owner and for worker. By this, it maintain their lifestyle. For example, babysitter can do their own job by taking care of baby. Consquently, reduce the stress on parents after work. In addition, parents can work at their job without any burden or problem of baby since hiring babysitter by this their work can be more impressive at job.
On the other hand, some believe that hiring babysitter or someone for household chores make you lazy. For instance, If you hire someone for household chores. You will not do any work. Every house work will be done by another person. Therefore, function of human body will become less working by not doin any activity. It will damage your health by laying on bed. Moreover, hiring someone make you feel expensive. Such as, baby get attached to more to babysitter lead to deattachment with parents. Also, paying for baby essential things and for babysitter makes you fell stressful because of money.
In Conclusion, paying for someone who you hire for doing household chores to reduce stress after work is beneficial. However, People are not doing basic household chores like washing utensils will be harmful for them making them lazy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions by arguing that hiring help can support workers and reduce parents’ stress, while also explaining why doing some chores yourself may be healthier and less costly. This gives the response a relevant, balanced direction. However, your position is not fully clear: the opening says hiring is good if someone is employed, while the conclusion mainly warns against relying on others for basic chores. Several points are introduced but not sufficiently explained, such as the claim that a babysitter’s bond with a child may cause “deattachment with parents.” Develop each main idea with a clearer explanation or a specific example, and state more directly which tasks people should outsource and which they should do themselves.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “Firstly,” “On the other hand,” and “In Conclusion” help signal the broad direction of the argument. However, progression within sentences and between ideas is sometimes difficult to follow. For example, “since hiring babysitter by this their work can be more impressive at job” does not clearly connect the reason to its result, and the second body paragraph moves quickly from laziness to health, cost, and attachment. Some linking phrases are also mechanical or repetitive. Group related points, use clearer references, and make each paragraph develop one central idea before moving to the next.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “household chores,” “babysitter,” “financial support,” and “reduce the stress.” This is enough to communicate the main subject, but the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make the meaning unclear. Examples include “maintain their lifestyle,” “work can be more impressive at job,” and “function of human body will become less working.” There are also noticeable spelling errors, such as “opnion,” “oppurtunity,” and “benefecial,” which reduce accuracy. Aim to use more precise phrases for benefits and drawbacks, and check spelling carefully. Learning common collocations related to employment, childcare, and household responsibilities would make your ideas more natural and easier to understand.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including examples with “For example” and “because,” but control is inconsistent, especially in longer constructions. Errors in sentence structure and verb forms appear in phrases such as “By this, it maintain their lifestyle,” “Consquently, reduce the stress,” and “Every house work will be done by another person.” Agreement and article use also need attention, as in “hiring babysitter … make you lazy.” These problems sometimes make the intended relationship between ideas difficult to follow. Practise building accurate sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement, articles, and punctuation. Shorter, well-controlled sentences would help you express the more complex points reliably.
