Student answer (Band 6.0)
Fast-paced world, many people prefer to hire a house help to take care their household chores and children. Professional commitments leave parents with little time to fulfil their personal responsibilities. Therefore, I believe this is a positive development. This essay will discuss how hiring domestic helpers can generate work opportunities for others before explaining why people do not need to perform all domestic tasks on their own.
The main factor of this is employment opportninities. It provides work opportunities to everyone specially those who are not highly educated and want to earn their livelihood ethically. For instance, professional employment agencies hire several people, such as cook, driver and cleaner to fulfil household demands. Consequently, this is a good way to reduce unemployment and open new work opportunities. Another considerable reason is revenue generation. Numerous affordable daycares are available in societies where professional people takecare of their children. It supports local small businesses to generate revenue.
Furthermore, I donot think that it is necessary to do everything by themselves. It is highly challenging for them specially due to the demanding jobs and busy work schedules. Additionally, domestic help to do all chores because it not only help them to get releived from stress but also helpful to maintain a job satisfaction.
In conclusion, it is clearly evident that it is beneficial for the society if people hire someone to help them. It is a good way to take a break from their busy routine and enjoy time with their family and children without worrying about food, cleanliness and laundry.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you consider hiring help beneficial, and you address both whether it creates work and whether people should do domestic tasks themselves. The employment paragraph gives relevant examples—cooks, drivers, cleaners and daycare workers—and links these roles to reduced unemployment and local revenue. However, some points are asserted rather than explained: for example, the claim that this provides opportunities to “everyone” is broad, and the daycare point could explain more clearly how it creates jobs. The second part is less fully developed: you mention demanding schedules and reduced stress, but do not explore when people might reasonably do tasks themselves or give a specific example. Develop these ideas with clearer reasoning and support.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction states your view, separate body paragraphs address employment and personal responsibilities, and the conclusion restates your position. Linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “Consequently,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the argument, and the progression is generally logical. To make the organisation more effective, ensure each paragraph develops one central point in a clear sequence. The employment paragraph moves from individual jobs to unemployment and then to daycare revenue, but the connection between these examples could be made more explicit. Some transitions feel formulaic, and “Additionally” introduces a sentence whose relationship to the previous point is not fully clear. Use clearer referencing and connect each example directly to its claim.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “professional commitments,” “employment opportunities,” “livelihood,” “revenue generation,” and “demanding jobs.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, and some less common expressions are attempted. However, several word-choice, collocation and spelling problems reduce precision: “house help” is less natural than “domestic help,” “takecare” should be written as “take care,” and “get releived from stress” is not idiomatic. “Everyone specially those” also makes the intended meaning less precise. Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than adding formal-sounding phrases. Proofread spelling and spacing, and choose vocabulary that expresses the relationship between the idea and example precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “where professional people takecare of their children” and a reason clause beginning “because.” The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors occur across the response. For example, the opening needs an article and a complete introductory phrase (“In a fast-paced world”), while “take care their household chores” is missing “of.” In “domestic help to do all chores,” the sentence lacks a clear finite verb, and “it not only help them” has subject–verb agreement and parallel-structure problems. There are also errors in forms such as “do everything by themselves.” Review sentence completeness, verb agreement and articles, then check that each complex sentence has a clear grammatical structure.
