Student answer (Band 6.0)

In the fast moving world, everyone has a less time and more things to do in a day which often make individual to hire a househelp for reducing the stress of chore. In this essay, I will discuss why it is a great way of giving work to people while earning more time for yourself through examples.

To begin with the first question, I strongly agree that this is one of the best way provide more opportunities of work. Many of developing nations still face the huge issue of unemployment. These type of jobs usually do not require any certificate, higher education, degrees and diplomas which make it likely to be done by any physically capable adult. In these countries, one third of its total lives below the poverty line which increases the less chances of education and more chances of unemployment for them. One can easily survive without being homeless by doing someone else's chores. For example, maids or househelps are as commom as televisions in south-asian households because of cheap labour and large population.

To answer to second question, I surely believe that people should do defenitely go for it if they can afford it. Many people fall into a trap of routine chores which hold them back from investing themselves. This sometimes cost a whole career of individuals mostly women since it is expected from mothers to be at home and take care of kid tradionally. For instance, ambitious women living in nuclear families of north- america need to think twice before family planning as law requires someone to be with child all the time and one cannot leave it alone till it will be old enough to live without supervision of an adult. Baby sitters allow them to go out and achieve their dreams without being worried for kids.

In conclusion, hiring people to do your chores is one of the best solution for mankind in fast paced century where people are finding difficulties to fit their all taks in twenty four hours

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address both questions and maintain a clear position: hiring help can provide employment, and people who can afford it should use that help to free time for other goals. The examples of domestic workers in South Asia and babysitters supporting mothers in North America are relevant and help illustrate your points. This meets the task well, but the two parts are not equally developed. The employment argument includes a broad claim about poverty and unemployment without explaining how paid household work improves workers’ longer-term prospects. The second answer also focuses mainly on childcare and women’s careers, rather than considering when people might reasonably do chores themselves. Develop these points with more specific explanation and a brief qualification to make the response more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each question, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “To begin with the first question” and “To answer to second question” makes the organisation easy to follow, and the examples generally appear in the relevant paragraphs. However, these transitions are somewhat mechanical, and some links between ideas need clearer explanation. For example, the move from unemployment to the poverty-line claim is abrupt, while the sentence about family planning introduces a point that is not fully connected to the argument about paid childcare. The conclusion restates the main position but adds little synthesis. Use more natural transitions and make the relationship between each claim, explanation, and example explicit.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “unemployment,” “poverty line,” “routine chores,” “nuclear families,” and “supervision.” These choices show an attempt to discuss social and economic issues beyond basic household vocabulary. However, noticeable spelling, word-choice, and collocation errors reduce precision: “fast moving world,” “less chances,” “commom,” and “achieve their dreams” are either inaccurate or imprecise in context. Some expressions are also awkward, such as “one third of its total lives below the poverty line.” These errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your main ideas, but they limit the naturalness and flexibility of the vocabulary. Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations for employment, domestic work, and childcare.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentences, including clauses with “which,” “since,” and “because,” and the overall meaning is usually understandable. However, errors occur across sentence structures and agreement, and some longer sentences are difficult to control. For example, “everyone has a less time and more things to do … which often make individual to hire” has problems with article use, agreement, and the verb pattern after “make.” In “people should do defenitely go for it,” the sentence structure is faulty, while “till it will be old enough” uses an unsuitable tense construction. Review articles, subject–verb agreement, infinitive patterns, and clauses of time. Building accurate sentences before adding complexity will make your ideas clearer.
