Student answer (Band 6.0)
In the contemporary era, It has observed that people are paying more and more for household chores and hiring an nanny. Firstly, they are so busy in their work life or either they want to have a little leisure time for other activities. The possible motives as well as the measures will be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs with valid reasons and appropriate examples.
Scruitinising the fact from grassroots level, the foremost reason is a nuclear families. In the past, family used to live togather, that traditional family living style can be helpful for small household work and looking after a kid. For Instance, in India it used to be 10 people living under the same roof, and they are all making food and finish household stuff in a wing because it is more easier with a lot of hands. On top of that, at old time women was not so passionate about her dreams, so she can take care of kids by herself, Although it has changed totally nowadays. They need an extra help because both partners are working almost everyday.
Conspicuously this can lead to several noticeable changes. To begin with, some proactive solution for that situation is person should try their maxium to do their important household chores and taking part in child's betterment for the future. Doing things by our own can save some money for the bright future. Due to this, a person can be robust and attentive at same time. A sedentary life can cause many diseases like diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and obesity.
However, the downside should not be disregarded. If a person is having some health concern pain like back pain, body pain, slipped disc anything like that it will need a complete bed rest. In that type of cases a person should hire someone who can help them out.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses both questions: it presents paid help as useful when both partners work or when someone has a health problem, while also arguing that people should do some chores and participate in childcare themselves. The examples about extended families in India and illness are relevant. However, the position is not fully clear or consistently developed: the opening promises to discuss “motives” and “measures,” and the essay gives more space to background about family life than to evaluating whether paid domestic work is a good way to provide employment. The employment benefit itself is barely explained. To strengthen the response, state a direct overall view and develop both sides with specific reasoning, including how hiring workers benefits them and when doing tasks personally is preferable.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a recognisable overall structure, with an introduction, paragraphs on family and personal responsibility, and a final qualification about health. Linking expressions such as “Firstly,” “On top of that,” and “However” help signal the direction of the discussion. Some connections are nevertheless mechanical or unclear. For example, “Conspicuously this can lead to several noticeable changes” does not clearly identify what “this” refers to, and the paragraph that follows shifts from the effects of hiring help to the benefits of doing chores oneself. The conclusion is also absent, so the reader is left without a final synthesis of the two answers. Use clearer topic sentences, make each paragraph serve one main point, and add a brief conclusion that restates the position.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
There is an adequate range of vocabulary for the topic, including “household chores,” “nuclear families,” “leisure time,” and “health concern.” The writer also attempts more formal expressions such as “foremost reason” and “proactive solution,” showing some ambition. However, several choices are inaccurate or unnatural and sometimes make the meaning less precise: “hiring an nanny,” “Scruitinising the fact from grassroots level,” and “person should try their maxium” are examples. Spelling errors such as “togather” and “maxium” also affect the impression of control. Aim for natural collocations and precise wording rather than ornate phrases. For instance, “examining the issue closely” is clearer than the phrase about scrutinising the fact from grassroots level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The response attempts both simple and complex sentences, including a conditional example beginning “If a person is having some health concern…” and a contrast introduced by “Although.” Meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors recur and occasionally make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Examples include “a nuclear families,” “women was,” and “they are all making food,” where agreement or tense is not controlled. The sentence beginning “For Instance” also combines several clauses without clear punctuation, while “Although it has changed totally nowadays” is not correctly attached to the preceding sentence. Work on subject–verb agreement, articles, consistent tense, and sentence boundaries. Building accurate shorter sentences first will help make complex structures clearer.
