Student answer (Band 5.5)
In recent years , living has become expensive due to economial crises . People are doing multiple jobs to meet daily life style . Some people works in offices to earn good so they can provide best to their children. And due to this reason they don't have time to maintain household work, like cleaning, cooking and looking after their children. To resolve these issues they arrange househelpers.
On one hand , It open the opportunities for those people who don't have any academic knowledge to work in any industry, so they work other people homes as a job. For example many females do clean , cook and do other household chores as a job and get handsome money for this work .
However, on the other hand some people are simply lazy and don't like to work in their home due to sedentary lifestyle and they hire helper for this.
For Instance, people who are rich , they think its their insult to do chores so they hire people who do all the works and cook for them and also look after their children.
From my perspective, Balanced approach is necessary. As people should maintain their work-life balance , so they can have time to looking after their children and spend quality time with them .
And also hire people that can help them to maintain this balance , which also provide people opportunity to earn some money by doing these work.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions: you explain that hiring helpers can create work, and you argue that people should also make time for their families and household responsibilities. The examples of women earning money through domestic work and wealthy people hiring help are relevant. However, the discussion is only partial: the benefits of providing work are briefly stated, while the criticism that some people are “simply lazy” is asserted rather than supported. Your final position—a “Balanced approach”—is present but could be clearer about when hiring help is appropriate and why. The response is 8 words below the required minimum, and this limits the space available to develop your reasons and examples. Extend the explanation of both sides and make your conclusion more decisive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, contrasting points introduced by “On one hand” and “However, on the other hand,” and a concluding view. This makes the main direction easy to follow. Some links, however, feel mechanical or unclear. For example, “And due to this reason” repeats the causal link already established, while “From my perspective” introduces a balanced position without clearly resolving the contrast between the previous paragraphs. The final sentence also joins two related ideas awkwardly. Use paragraphs to separate the argument for employment, the reasons people hire help, and your own judgement; then connect each point by showing how it supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “household chores,” “work-life balance,” “sedentary lifestyle,” and “quality time.” These choices help communicate the subject and show some range beyond basic terms. However, several inaccurate or unnatural expressions make the writing less precise, such as “economial crises,” “earn good,” “handsome money,” and “do all the works.” Some wording is also repetitive, particularly references to “work” and “people.” Aim for more natural collocations and precise terms—for example, describe domestic workers as earning an income, and refer to “household tasks” rather than repeating “work.” Check spelling and word forms, including “economic,” to improve clarity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “due to this reason” and a contrast between the two sides. The main ideas are generally understandable, but frequent errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction reduce accuracy. Examples include “Some people works,” “they don't have time to maintain household work,” and “time to looking after their children.” The opening also contains sentence fragments: “People are doing multiple jobs…” and “Some people works…” are separated by an unnecessary full stop from the preceding context. Review subject–verb agreement, use the infinitive after “time to” (“time to look after”), and punctuate complete sentences carefully. More accurate control of these patterns would make your argument easier to read.
