Student answer (Band 5.5)

People sometimes very busy in their work because of that they could not get much time to do things like cleaning house, doing laundries and help thie child with daily activities. For make life easier and if it is affordable for them they can hire someone to look after them and do all the relevent things. Infact, this is the good idea to help sombody who has urgent need of job to survive. As per my thinking people should thier routines by themselves as it helps them be organise and healthy.

One of the best reason to say yes to the good idea of giving work to others is if someone has a really need work for thier family to survive. For instance, lets say if they can not afford thir child to educate and pay school fee, They will agree to do this type of work. Another thing is some people are very poor that they even could not get one meal a day, This is insane. By allocating them work and if they are seriously dedicated and hardworking we should always help them.

On the other hand, people need to do thier cooking , washing clothes and look out thie kids by themselves because it is very useful to improve organising skills. For example, we need to always track record of the household chores and what to bring from the outside. Always need to do things one by one. so, eventually it will help us on our office work as one of the soft skills.Second argue is that it can help people healthy because there are lots odf physical activities in it and after completing it some get mental peace withs igh of relief.

In conclusion, Although it is a better way to provide someone work for education purpose and feed them, for keep our life organise and healthy we should do our daily chores by ourselves.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both questions and give a clear overall view: paying others can provide needed employment, while people should generally manage their own routines for organisational and health benefits. The examples about helping a family afford school fees and people living in poverty support the employment argument, and the household-task examples relate to the second question. However, the two sides are not developed equally: the reasons for doing chores yourself are stated broadly, and the link between tracking chores and improving office skills needs clearer explanation. The conclusion repeats your position but could more directly weigh the benefits of employment against the value of doing tasks personally. Develop each main reason with a clearer explanation or a specific example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a coherent overall arrangement, with an introduction, a paragraph supporting paid help, a contrasting paragraph about doing tasks yourself, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “On the other hand” and “In conclusion” helps readers follow the shift in position. Within paragraphs, however, some connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “Another thing is some people are very poor” introduces a related point, but its relationship to the first example could be made more explicit. The sequence “Always need to do things one by one. so, eventually…” also feels abrupt, and the final sentence combines several ideas without a smooth link. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the reason it supports.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “household chores,” “look after,” “organising skills,” and “physical activities.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “soft skills” and “mental peace,” but some choices are inaccurate or unnatural and occasionally make the meaning harder to follow. Examples include “a really need work,” “track record of the household chores,” and “with sigh of relief.” Spelling and word-form errors such as “relevent,” “thier,” and “odf” are noticeable. Aim for more precise collocations and check spelling carefully; for instance, describe keeping track of chores rather than a “track record” of them.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “if someone has a really need work” and a contrastive conclusion beginning “Although.” The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but some sentence patterns are faulty, and punctuation sometimes makes the relationships between clauses unclear. For example, “People sometimes very busy in their work because of that they could not get much time” needs a verb and clearer clause separation. In “For make life easier,” the infinitive construction is not formed correctly, while “people should thier routines” is missing a verb. Review sentence boundaries, articles, verb forms, and subject–verb structure, then proofread longer sentences to ensure each clause is complete.
