I am writing to request for new agreement for this apartment for longer than six months to increase agreement if possible for you.

Firstly, I can stay their apartment for 1 year long period because my job schedule is increase for 1 year that time. in addition, how much pay about the advance payment for new agreement for my rent.

Although, my plans are changed because my job placement is increase for 1 year than I can stay in long for year this apartment. In addition, my job place is near by this house thus I was walk for every day.

Could you please, some little problem this house is some time not working is electricity because their some reason for not working may be touch the water in switches. You can please solve this problem.
