Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

Dear MR. Lakshay,

I hope you are doing well. I have an agreement of 6 months with you, but now i want to stay in your apartment more than six months. Its about more than 2 years or you can make a lease with me of 2 years.

I recently got a field job near this apartment. Its bank job related to my stream and i appointed as an manager in the bank, which is great opportunity for my career and they give me a good remuneration as well. Moreover, can you repair the tap water, because now its too much leakage in the kitchen and its very difficult to clean. Also, too much water wasted on daily basis.

It is so nice full if you allow me to stay more in your apartment and i will give you extra $100. I look forward to hearing from you. I would appreciate your help on this matter.
