Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

dear mr sharma,

hope you are doing well. as we know i am leaving at your property and we have signed a lease for six months. fortunately, i like the apartment because all my necessary needs are fulfilled there. So, i want to let you that i want to extend the lease for another six months.

As i early said that, i like the apartment as it has a nice view from my balcony, neat and clean. moreover, the workplace is also very near from from my house where i am living. Thats why i am thinking that it is good idea to for me as well as you also. Because you also do not have to look for another tenant.

here i want to inform about one issue that the light in my kitchen is not working. its not big issue as there are also potlights in the hallway but if you can change the light that while more easy for me to cook in the kitchen.
