IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Owner Ravi,

Hope you doing good. I wants to say thank you for the rental apartment from the last five months. As you know after next month our agreement will be finish.

I told you before my course will be ended within 6 months but now i wants to take admission in another course, that will be for four months. So, i wants to stay more here and i would like if you extend the agreement for next four months.

Now i am habitual of this apartment, transport and another shops. I do not want to move another place, now this apartment feels like my own home.

In the apartment everything is good expect the leakage in the Kitchen. It started from the last few days ago. Can you check and fix this problem please. I hope you will understand mu situation and you will increase the agreement.
