Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

Dear Sir

I am writing a letter for rent apartment . I am staying from five month in your apartment. My rent agreement was end on this month. So I want to extended my agreement for one year.

I am doing job of food delivery boy in company. on this month end agreement with company. But my boss extended my job for one year. so I change the plan. I am staying in apartment for next one year.

some problem in your apartment. I have some electricity problem in house. some time water supply problem in flat. flat furniture was not good .I request to you please solve this problem.
