IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear owner,

How are you ; I hope you are doing well; as you know when i started live in a your apartment 5 month ago we have agreement for 6 month. Now wanted to share good news to use that i am interested to live here 1 year more.

I know this suddenly i make a decision because i got a job near a apartment. so, i easily commute there with this i able to save my money as well as time. And i am comfortable in this area as am living here since 5 month.

I would also like to a mentioned that recently i face problem with dish washer sink owing to its pipe size water is stuck in sink. And its become very difficult for me to clean the dishes. so, i want to request you to fix this problem as soon as possible.
