IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

Dear Landlord,

I hope you are doing good. I m writing this letter to extend my six-month agreeement. since there is change in my plans. before I was getting transfer from my work to another city. however, now the situation has change and I I will be living in same city. so I would like to renew my lease for another six months. this appartamnet feels me like home and comfortable environment so I would to love to continue my stay here. Although before moving forward, I wanted to adhere request and your kind attention towards the water leaking in bathrooms. could you please repair it as soon as possible. Moreover, I would be needing a spare key of the main door, since my parents are coming to visit next week for a week. it would be great help.
