IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Jhand,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing a letter you about extend my lease agreement in this apartment. I want to extend my lease agreement for 1 year just because of my studies.

Moreover, why I changed my mind for moving. Because my studies will be done in next year, and while doing studies it is very difficult to move one palce to another apartment. Another thing is, I have college 5 days of week and on weekends I have work. So that's why I changed my plan.

Furthermore, I am just letting you know one issue that I faced in this apartment, which is related to hot water. Sometimes hot water is not coming from the taps, which is very major problem for me everytime. Could you please repair it as soon as possible?
