IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Smith,

I am writing this letter to express my interest to stay long in this apartment. I want to stay more as I signed the agreement for six months stay only Five months ago. But now,I I have change my mind . I want to increase the time period for more 6 months.

I have change my plans because of the ambience of the apartment. This is well-structured and the space is also enough according to the price I am paying. If I talk about the outside area of the apartment I can easily access with the multiple facilities such as grocery stores, Banks, Public transport, hospitals, gym and shopping mall. All of these amenities makes my life really very easy.

I am just facing a problem with this apartment is that my neighbours sometimes play music in high volume which truly disturb me while I am studying.
