IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

Dear..

Hi my name is Rocky . I am your tenant .i live in your second location bedwell trail its located in Mississauga . We did a agreement of rented for six month and also i already paid five month rent now my main purpose to under to your notice my work is very near from this location easy to catuch the transport to reach to the office so many faceleties are near by apartment . I have some changes in my future plans .

So, i want to extend the agreement from more six month coz upcoming month is very cold month with heavy snow & rain . I really appreciate for it if you agree with extending my agrement for more six month so i can continously stay in the same apartment without any hazel . let me know if you want any kind of document from my side.
