IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.

Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter

• say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
• explain why your plans have changed
• tell the owner about a problem in the apartment

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Ramesh,

Hereby I am writing this letter to inform you that I want to extend the lease agreement for more six months . As my wife is pregnant and on last checkup doctor give us the delivery date which is in the mid of next month. It would be very difficult for me to move in new apartment now .

Furthermore I worked very close to the apartment in the retail store .Which make it more convenient for me to reach home in the time of emergency and need. Moreover I am facing some problems with the ventilation of the apartment .I think its better to do duct cleaning and eventually its reduce the electric bills as well

The main concerning problem is the leakage in the kitchen from the dish washer and water comes on the floor because of that I slipped last week and got back injury . You must have contact of local plumbers, can you send them to fix as soon as possible.
