IELTS Writing Task 1 question
Five months ago, you started renting an apartment on a six-month agreement. You now wish to stay in the apartment for longer than the six months you originally agreed with the owner.
Write a letter to the owner of your apartment. In your letter
- say how long you now want to rent the apartment for
- explain why your plans have changed
- tell the owner about a problem in the apartment
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Anu,
Im writing this letter regarding extention of my stay in the apartment.i would like to request my increase six more month stay in the apartment as i wanted to stay more.
In addition, their are several reason on this. Firstly, i really like the surrounding of this plac eits really quite i love because of that i can focus on my mental and physical health more as there is park in only five minutes walk i go everyday their to relax and exercise. Secondly, i got my dream job which is only 10 minutes far from this place which is very grate to have in such distance because of that, i can manage my work and home life better.
However, their are some problems their too as airvents of this place not working properly which results in unstable temperature in the house by which i got fever several times.
all in all, im eargerly waiting for response on my request for longer stay and issues regarding this place.
