Dear Sir or Madam,

All masses are very friendly. Also, apartment is in the best location, because it is close to the market and my workplace.
I only have concern regarding to your apartment is furnace. In addition, it is very hard to spend the nights in winter, because all the rooms are very cold. So i am not able to sleep properly and i have to work in the early morning. Therefore, it is very hard for me to wake up early in the morning.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three required points: you request a further six months, explain that your employer needs you to remain in the location, and report that the furnace leaves the rooms cold. The request and the problem are clear, and the positive features of the apartment help explain why you would like to stay. This covers the task well, though the explanation of changed plans is somewhat mixed: the employer’s requirement is the practical reason, while the view and friendly neighbourhood are reasons you enjoy the apartment. Make that distinction explicit and develop the furnace issue with a direct request for inspection or repair. A more specific closing request would also make the letter’s purpose fully clear.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a recognisable progression from the extension request to your reasons for staying, then to the furnace problem and a polite closing. Paragraphing helps separate these points, and connectors such as “Also,” “In addition,” and “Therefore” show how some ideas relate. However, several links feel mechanical or unclear: “Due to this reason” repeats the preceding explanation, and “Therefore” does not clearly connect the difficulty sleeping with the need for the owner to act. The sentence beginning “My plans changed” also combines several reasons without a clear hierarchy. Group the practical reason and personal preference distinctly, then end the problem paragraph with a direct request.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main points, including “extension,” “neighborhood,” “furnace,” and “consideration.” There are also attempts at more specific language, such as describing the apartment’s view and its proximity to the market and workplace. However, some word choices and collocations are noticeably unnatural or imprecise, including “I am tenant,” “all masses,” “concern regarding to your apartment is furnace,” and “Appreciate for your time.” These phrases make parts of the letter less fluent, even though the intended meaning is generally recoverable. Choose conventional rental and maintenance expressions, and avoid repeating “very” when a more precise adjective can express the problem.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures with reasons, including “because my employer wants me to work…” and “because all the rooms are very cold.” This gives the letter some structural variety, and the main message remains understandable. Some grammatical errors persist, however: articles and determiners are missing in “I am tenant” and “apartment is in the best location”; subject–verb agreement is incorrect in “the neighborhood are”; and “owing to apartment have” does not form a correct clause. Capitalisation is also inconsistent in “i.” To improve, check each sentence for a clear subject and verb, use articles with singular countable nouns, and make sure a connector such as “owing to” is followed by a noun phrase or a correctly formed clause.
