It is often noticed that many peoples around the country prefer to buy local goods rather than spending on international products. In my opinion it leads to positive result as it contain implications for the benefit of country's economy.
The main reason of buying local manufactured products is that it is free from the extra tax which makes it more cheaper. Although peoples are also aware of the quality of goods that are from own area rather than imported from other countries. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for buying local and the opinion on whether this is a positive trend. The ideas are relevant, such as economic benefits and employment opportunities. However, the development is somewhat superficial. For instance, the point about 'extra tax' is mentioned but not clearly explained, and the example regarding the Prime Minister is a bit anecdotal. To reach a higher band, you should expand on the 'why' and 'how' of your arguments with more depth. The position is clear throughout, but the supporting evidence could be more robust to fully satisfy the requirements of a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a central theme. There is a clear introduction and conclusion. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as the transition 'The positive approach towards the local companies has avalanched from past few years.' Additionally, some sentences lack smooth flow, and the referencing is occasionally unclear. While the overall progression is logical, the essay would benefit from a more varied and natural use of linking words to connect ideas more fluidly between and within paragraphs.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several instances of word-choice errors or non-standard collocations, such as 'more cheaper' (a double comparative), 'economical status' (should be 'economic status'), and 'avalanched' (used incorrectly in this context). While the meaning is generally clear, the range of vocabulary is limited, and the errors occasionally draw attention. To improve, focus on using more precise academic collocations and avoiding redundant or incorrect word forms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues (e.g., 'local company's offer', 'it contain implications'), pluralization errors ('peoples'), and incorrect verb forms ('will eventually leads to'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to lower the score. Increasing the accuracy of basic grammar and refining complex sentence construction will be essential for a higher band.
