Moreover, keeping prices in lowest to moderate range so that everyone easily managed to buy from their area not only this but provide goods for upper class wealthiest families too. In addition, return and refund policy attracts more consumers towards their local area in terms of believe and accessibility. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for buying local and the evaluation of whether this is a positive or negative trend. The position is clear throughout, and the ideas are relevant. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of why local goods are more affordable is not fully supported with logical reasoning, and the discussion on 'standardization' is vague. To reach a higher band, you should provide more specific examples or deeper analysis of the economic or social implications of local versus imported goods, rather than relying on general statements.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. There is a basic progression of ideas from the introduction to the conclusion. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as the transition 'Despite that it is negatively impacted' in the introduction, which is grammatically awkward. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, making the flow between sentences feel a bit disjointed. Improving the variety and precision of your linking words and ensuring that pronouns clearly refer back to their antecedents would significantly improve the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, allowing you to express your ideas clearly. You attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'productivity', 'accessibility', and 'standardize'. However, there are several instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors, such as 'rare approaches to standardize things' and 'everyone easily managed to buy'. Spelling errors, such as 'bussiness' (business) and 'affordibility' (affordability), occur frequently. To improve, focus on learning the correct spelling of common words and practicing collocations to ensure your language sounds more natural and precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include missing articles (e.g., 'in term of'), subject-verb agreement errors (e.g., 'consumers preference their local area'), and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'as more population wanted to stable'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. You should focus on proofreading your work to correct basic errors in verb forms and sentence construction, and aim to vary your sentence structure with more complex, error-free clauses.
