Student answer (Band 6.0)
in this future world, shopping is very necessary thing for every person for their need. Some consumers are choosing to buy goods from local markets per some of the people thinks that important goods are more beneficial than local areas.
According to First thinkers, it is very good to buy goods from Local market because it is a big help for small businesses. to explain this point, consumer can create more jobs for local community who really want to run their business and earn their income. For example, in India, so many companies are helping those small businesses who is run by females who want to earn income. buying local products can grow skills and maintain a tradition which is very positive thought for all the local consumers.
On the other hand, some people believes that important goods are more beneficial for market because most of the people prefer to buy quality items. For illustrate this argument, products from different countries choose more choices for all the consumers and also better quality than local markets. For instance, in Philippines, most of the consumers preferred to buy quality items from China because they are making electronic items from advanced technology. so, imported items can increase competition in markets.
On my point of view, local markets are good and more profitable than important goods and as per my own experience most of the people trust on local markets. For example, local purchasing can reduce transportation expense and also associated emissions. so as per my perspective, purchasing from small businesses is a good help for employment.
To conclude, both the views has their own opinions, positive and negative side-effects, but my arguments proves that purchasing goods from local markets is a help for small businesses and also reducing expenses with better competition.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for buying local and the evaluation of the trend. However, the development is somewhat uneven. While you provide reasons like supporting small businesses and reducing emissions, the discussion on imported goods is slightly confused by the misuse of the word 'important' instead of 'imported'. The position is clear throughout, but the arguments could be more deeply extended with more precise examples. The conclusion is a bit repetitive, and the overall development of ideas remains at a basic level, which limits the score to a 6.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices such as 'According to', 'On the other hand', and 'To conclude' to signal transitions. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as 'For illustrate this argument' instead of 'To illustrate'. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, and the flow between sentences could be smoother. While the progression is generally logical, the lack of sophisticated linking words keeps this in the 6.0 range.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You have an adequate range of vocabulary to express your ideas, but there are frequent errors in word choice that occasionally impede clarity. For instance, you consistently use 'important' when you mean 'imported'. Other examples include 'per some of the people thinks' and 'choose more choices'. While your meaning is generally understood, these persistent errors in collocation and word form prevent a higher score. You need to focus on using words in their correct context and expanding your range of topic-specific vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('some people believes', 'both the views has'), article usage, and awkward phrasing ('in this future world'). While these errors do not completely prevent the reader from understanding your message, they are frequent enough to be noticeable. To improve, you should focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy, particularly with verb endings and pluralization, and try to vary your sentence structures with more precision.
