Some consumers are increasingly choosing to buy goods that are produced in their local area, rather than imported goods.

What are the reasons for this?

Student answer (Band 5.0)

Nowadays, a few buyers are growing select to purchase goods that are manufactured in thrir local area, instead of buying products fron another nation. In my perspective buying goods from local services help to boost economy, it is a possitive treand.

The first and foremost reason is boost local economy. to conclude, buying things from local markets help to local producers to sell their stuff in very good quantity. that help locals to sell their stuff easily , for making new stuff in big amount they need to hire more people that will help to provide new job oppertunities as well as boost local economy. secondly, consumers will save big amount of money. to explain, when buyers was importing a stuff from another county, they need to pay big amount of coustomes, imported duty and many more taxes that they will save if they buy goods locally . for example, canada buy products from US need to pay large amount of money to tarrifs.

it is a positive trend because it will help our nation to be a independent to buy from locals. to encapsulate, if we buy from another nation that will be beneficial for that nation because of money, but if we buy from local manufactures that also help them to expand their infrastructure. as a result they pay more taxes that will help in our nations future and make country independent.

in conclution, not only buy products from locals help our nation to be independent ,but also i will provide more job roles to freshers
