Student answer (Band 5.0)
Now-a-days, Pupils number are rising to buy things or products that are manufactured in their own cities then buying from outside from their cities or which products are shipped from another counteries.
To commence with, Buyers believes that products that are manufactured in their own area are less costly then imported one, this is also one of the reason to buy. I other words, Comsumers also thinks that stuff that produced in their area more pure and free from adultration.
The positive view, consumers prefer to buy products because it takes less time to arrive and products are delivered on time. Some people thinks that imported products more costly then their own country products. Customers also believes that to buy things from their local shops easy and less time consuming. To elaborate this, buyers do not want waste their time reorder their important things. This also one of the reason pupils like to buy products from thier local area.
Furthermore, Sometimes the products are not even completed delivery .Sometimes sellers do not supply proper and complete product what client actual ordered.Client also gets frustrate because this mistakes of sellers. For example, My friend ordered a wrist wath last week. He did not receive the strap of the watch. He was very dissappointed because of this happened, This is also the reason buyers dislike to use foreign goods or products.
Conclusion, time and quaility also matters alot to the consumers, that is why buyers prefer to gather stuff from their own city market rather then outside from their counteries.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions: you give reasons such as lower prices, perceived purity, convenience and delivery problems, and you present local purchasing as positive. The examples about delayed or incomplete orders and your friend’s watch are relevant. However, the position is not consistently developed: the paragraph beginning “The positive view” lists benefits, while the next paragraph focuses on drawbacks of imported goods without clearly explaining how these support your overall judgement. Some claims, such as local products being “more pure,” need explanation or evidence. To strengthen the response, state your view clearly in the introduction and conclusion, then develop each reason with a clear explanation and a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an identifiable introduction, body paragraphs and conclusion, and the ideas are generally grouped by topic. However, progression between points is not always clear. “The positive view” introduces several benefits, but the following paragraph shifts to incomplete deliveries without a clear link to the main argument. Connectors such as “To commence with,” “In other words,” and “Furthermore” are used, but some feel mechanical or do not show the precise relationship between ideas. References such as “this” and “this mistakes” can also leave the reader unsure which point is being discussed. Organise the body around distinct reasons, use topic sentences to signal each one, and make links between claims and examples explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some task-related vocabulary, including “manufactured,” “imported,” “consumers,” “delivered,” and “ordered,” so the main topic is usually understandable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning less clear. For example, “Pupils number” does not express the intended idea of consumers, “outside from their cities” is awkward, and “gather stuff” is too informal and imprecise for this essay. Spelling errors such as “counteries,” “adultration,” and “dissappointed” also detract from clarity. Build a more precise vocabulary for local and imported goods, and check spelling and natural word combinations when editing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including “Some people thinks that imported products more costly…” and the example about your friend’s watch. However, sentence structures are often faulty, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence boundaries recur. For instance, “Buyers believes” should use a plural verb, while “products that produced in their area” is missing an auxiliary verb. In “Some people thinks that imported products more costly,” both agreement and the verb phrase need correction. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing spaces after full stops and commas and some run-on sentences. Practise accurate basic clauses first, then combine them using subordinate clauses, checking each sentence for a complete verb phrase and correct agreement.
