Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is widely spread that consumers buying goods more from local area rather than imported goods. There could be multiple reason for this for instance inflamations, convienent and cost. In my eassay I will discuss both reason and impact of this trend.
The main reason of this is inflamation because there is less earning and more spending such as low-wage worker count are increasing day by day. This effect the choice of consumers to buy goods on cheap cost and convieniently form local area than imported goods. For example, Middle-class person prefer to maintain their budjet by buying goods from local.
Futhermore, Local vendor provide fresh and cheamical free vegetables and fruits whereas imported goods has put up into many type of chemical to keep the items fresh for long time. Consequently, Consumers want to make healthy choice over aa imported goods.
In my opinion, This is going be a positive impact on economy and encourge local vendor to sell their items. Instead of selling their items to third party on low cost, local vendor can earn more profit. This contibute to economy strengthening and build a local business chain.
Not only this is economically benfical but also, discourge the multinational company to take oour the local markets and sell their goods at high cost. this trend.
In conclusion, Consumer buying goods rely more towards the local due to quality, freshness, cost and convienience .Neverthless, this help government to boost the economy and encourge to establish local business.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions: you suggest that affordability and convenience encourage local purchases, and you clearly view the trend as positive for local businesses and the economy. The examples about middle-class consumers and local produce are relevant. However, the reasons are not always clearly explained: “inflamation” appears to mean inflation, but the link between rising costs and choosing local goods needs to be made explicit. The health and freshness point is more developed than some of the economic claims, which remain broad. Your position is identifiable, though the final paragraph introduces the positive view rather than reinforcing a consistently developed argument. The response is two words below the required minimum, so it does not meet the task’s length requirement; develop the explanations and examples further.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure, with an introduction, a paragraph on reasons, a paragraph explaining your positive view, and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “For example,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear. The sentence beginning “This effect the choice” does not clearly connect rising spending to local purchasing, and “this trend” is left as a fragment after the point about multinational companies. Capitalisation is also inconsistent, and the conclusion repeats several ideas without adding a clear synthesis. Make each paragraph follow a clear sequence—claim, explanation, example—and use references such as “this choice” only when their meaning is unmistakable.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “imported goods,” “local vendor,” “fresh,” “profit,” and “economy,” so the reader can follow the main subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to understand. “Inflamation” seems intended to mean “inflation,” while “cheamical free” and “take oour the local markets” obscure your meaning. Phrases such as “goods on cheap cost” and “maintain their budjet” are not natural English. Spelling errors occur throughout, including “convienent,” “encourge,” and “benfical.” Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations for prices, consumer choices, and business effects; this will make your ideas more precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast with “whereas” and a result introduced by “Consequently.” However, errors in sentence structure and grammatical forms are frequent enough to make some relationships unclear. For example, “consumers buying goods more” lacks a finite verb, “This effect the choice” has incorrect subject–verb agreement, and “imported goods has put up” has an incorrect verb form and agreement. Articles and plurals also need attention, as in “a Middle-class person” and “many type.” The sentence “This is going be a positive impact” is missing “to” after “going.” Practise building accurate complete sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check agreement, articles, and verb patterns.
