Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt. You clearly outlined your current skills, explained the benefits of your transfer to the company, and provided reasons for wanting to stay. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter to a manager. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited; for instance, the explanation of how the company would benefit could be more specific regarding how your current knowledge of the company's internal processes would translate into efficiency in the new role. Despite this, the purpose of the letter is clear and the response is well-focused on the task requirements.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is logically organized with clear paragraphing. Each paragraph focuses on a specific aspect of the prompt, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Since', 'Moreover', and 'Personally' to link your ideas. However, the flow is occasionally interrupted by minor mechanical errors in sentence structure and some awkward phrasing, such as 'As I came know that'. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between sentences would help elevate the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'managerial skills', 'professional growth', and 'reputation'. However, there are several instances of imprecise word choice and minor errors, such as 'stay positive during stress period' (should be 'stressful periods') and 'gain experience with in' (should be 'within'). Some phrasing is slightly unnatural, such as 'individual can able to balance'. While these errors do not impede communication, they indicate a need for more precise control over collocations and word forms to reach a higher band.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is appropriate for this task. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('this company have good reputation'), missing articles ('for company'), and incorrect verb forms ('If company change my department than they get'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are some slips, such as the incorrect use of the apostrophe in 'Your's'. While the meaning remains clear, the frequency of these errors prevents a higher score in this category.
