Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response covers all three bullet points required by the prompt. You successfully mention what you have learned in your present job ('I have learnt so many skills in this job how to handle diiferent tasks in smart way'), suggest how the company would benefit from moving to a different department ('enhance customer service and attract clients... generate more clients and then profits'), and explain why you do not wish to leave the company ('my personal life would have exciting and unique experience... respect that decision'). However, the ideas are somewhat limited and repetitive, lacking full extension and detailed support, which places this response at Band 6.0.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The letter lacks proper paragraphing, presented almost as a single dense block of text with only two line breaks at the very beginning and end. This significantly impacts the overall cohesion and organisation. Cohesive devices are used, but they are sometimes mechanical or awkwardly linked ('No doubt', 'I believe that', 'in this company'). While the overall message can be followed, the lack of distinct paragraphs means the logical progression is not fully managed. Therefore, a score of 5.0 is appropriate.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting some less common phrases such as 'career development', 'credibility for the company', and 'appreciatable decision'. However, there are noticeable lexical errors and awkward word choices throughout the text, such as 'discuss about', 'diiferent', 'broad the level of my knowledge', 'benefical', and 'appreciatable decision'. These errors do not completely impede communication, but they restrict the lexical score to a Band 5.5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but your writing contains frequent grammatical errors and punctuation issues. Examples include run-on sentences ('No doubt, I have learnt so many skills in this job how to handle diiferent tasks...'), missing prepositions, and incorrect verb forms ('I will stated further'). Punctuation and capitalization are also inconsistent, such as starting the second main sentence with a lowercase 'in this company'. Because these errors occur frequently and occasionally cause difficulty for the reader, a Band 5.0 is warranted.
