Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You have addressed all parts of the prompt, attempting to discuss what you have learned, how the company would benefit, and why you wish to stay. However, the development of these ideas is limited and at times unclear. For example, while you mention that clients appreciate your communication skills and that you have built a calm personality, your explanation of how the company would benefit remains vague, relying on generalised statements like 'you will get a lots of money by self pacing more advance works' rather than specific business outcomes. Your position is generally understandable, but some parts of your message are obscured by awkward phrasing, meaning your response only partially satisfies the requirements of the task.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some organisation in your letter, with an attempt to group your ideas into paragraphs corresponding to the prompt's instructions. However, there is no clear overall progression, making the sequence of thoughts feel slightly disjointed. Cohesive devices are used inadequately or inaccurately, such as abrupt transitions between sentences like 'A lot of clients there appreciating my comunication skills...' and 'Your company is groomed much with my hardwork dedication passion.' Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal logical flow within your paragraphs requires stronger linking words and clearer referencing to guide the reader smoothly through your career motivations.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

Your vocabulary range is limited and minimally adequate for the task. You attempt some less common vocabulary items, such as 'perseverance', 'managerial position', and 'career development', but these are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice, form, and collocation, such as 'will place in another department', 'self pacing', and 'well develop department'. There are also several spelling errors, including 'comunication', 'habits', 'habits' repeated awkwardly, and 'preservance'. These lexical inaccuracies cause some difficulty for the reader and occasionally impede communication, though the general intent of your letter can still be pieced together.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You demonstrate a limited range of sentence structures, relying primarily on simple sentences alongside attempts at complex structures that are frequently faulty. There are persistent errors in grammar, verb forms, and tenses throughout the text, such as 'I will place in', 'I have have adapt', 'I have work with you in these time period frames', and 'they provide me self confidence'. Furthermore, missing articles ('in another department', 'to a good position') and issues with preposition usage and pluralisation occur frequently. These errors require the reader to pause and can cause difficulty in fully grasping your grammatical intent.
