Dear sir,

I am thankful to the company for having me so many years. I learned many skills in my current role.

I learned about how to use designing softwares and others softwares as well. I can easily represent and create any drawings with the help of softwares. But I also learened marketing skills with this career and now I am thinking that marketing is a good career opportunity for myself. I feel that, if I am moving to marketing team I can easily get new clients to our company. Furthermore, I can easily explain the complex feartures with the help of drawings as well. I do not want to leave this company because I like the work environment and management behaviours. I also like the way company treated there employees and giving them different life chnaging opportunities for them. I also feel I can make my career in marketing field and it is better for me and for company growths as well.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three points: you describe learning to use design software and create drawings, propose moving to marketing to attract clients and explain product features, and give reasons for staying, including the work environment and management. The request to move departments is clear, and the benefits are relevant. Some points, however, are less fully developed: the skills gained in your current role are listed briefly, and the reasons the company should retain you could be supported with a more specific example of how your design experience would help the marketing team. A more formal, direct opening that states your purpose would also make the letter’s aim immediately clear. Overall, the task is covered, with some ideas needing further explanation.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The ideas follow a generally understandable order: you discuss your current skills, explain your interest in marketing, and then give reasons for staying with the company. Linking expressions such as “Furthermore” and “because” help show relationships between points. However, most of the content is presented in one long paragraph, so the different purposes of the letter are not clearly separated. The repeated use of “I” and “I can easily” also makes the progression feel repetitive, while “But” does not create a particularly clear transition here. Use separate paragraphs for your experience, the proposed transfer and your reasons for remaining, and vary the links between ideas to make the letter easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “current role,” “marketing skills,” “new clients,” and “work environment,” so the main message is understandable. There is some repetition of general words such as “company,” “skills,” and “easily,” and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or awkward, including “designing softwares,” “management behaviours,” and “company growths.” Spelling errors such as “learened,” “feartures,” and “chnaging” also reduce accuracy. Aim for more precise workplace language and check spelling and word forms carefully. For example, you could refer to “design software,” “management style,” and “the company’s growth” to express these ideas more naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You use both simple sentences and some longer structures, including the conditional idea “if I am moving to marketing team I can easily get new clients.” The meaning is generally clear, but some grammatical errors remain. For example, “if I am moving” would be more naturally expressed as “if I moved,” and “to marketing team” needs an article or possessive determiner. In “I also like the way company treated there employees,” the article and tense pattern need attention. The sentence beginning “I feel that” also needs punctuation handled more carefully. Practise accurate conditional forms, articles, and consistent tense choices while retaining your attempts at longer sentences.
