Dear Sir,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this to request you that I want to change my department in your organisation as I completed two years overthere in assembly section.Till now I learnt many things via that position and helped me to enhance mt skills such as communication, problem-solving, leadership qualities and flexibility.
Now, I want to join other department, the main reason is that it hepls to learn about other important things that essential to run a company. If you are give me a chance then it would be benefical for our organisation because I can easily handle risks by my problem-solving skill, always try to fit in all kind of situations to solve the issue. Moreover, I already worked in a team, I know that how to tackle the conflicts and misunderstandings so, it would be good for your company.
As I worked overs there from last two years I learnt so many things, which are necessary to become successful. Also, all employees and employer are very cooperative thats why I want to continue my work overhere
Best regards,
Sunny

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The letter addresses all three points: you describe skills gained in the assembly section, explain that another department would broaden your knowledge and let you contribute problem-solving and teamwork skills, and state that you want to remain because colleagues and managers are cooperative. These ideas are relevant and your request is clear. However, the benefits to the company are somewhat general, and the reason for staying is less fully explained than the learning and skills points. Develop these ideas with a specific example—for instance, how your experience resolving team conflicts could help the new department—and make the career-development purpose more explicit. This would make the response more fully developed and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a clear overall arrangement: an opening request, a paragraph about the potential move and its benefits, and a closing explanation of why you wish to stay. Linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “Also” help connect related points. Some connections are less smooth, however: “Now, I want to join other department” moves quickly from your request to the company’s benefits, and the final paragraph repeats that you have worked there for two years without clearly linking this to your decision to stay. Use clearer transitions between each task point and ensure each paragraph has a distinct purpose. The closing would also benefit from a complete final sentence and a more conventional sign-off format.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “problem-solving,” “leadership qualities,” “flexibility,” “conflicts,” and “misunderstandings.” These choices communicate your skills and the possible value of moving departments. However, several spelling errors and imprecise or unnatural phrases reduce accuracy, such as “hepls,” “benefical,” “overthere,” and “fit in all kind of situations.” Some expressions are also vague, including “other important things.” Choose more precise workplace language and check spelling and collocations carefully. For example, you could describe gaining “broader operational knowledge” and adapting to “different workplace situations.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both simple and more complex sentence forms, including conditional language in “If you are give me a chance then it would be…” and a relative clause in “things, which are necessary to become successful.” Meaning is generally understandable, but errors in verb forms, articles, agreement, and sentence construction occur across the letter. Examples include “I completed two years” where a present-perfect form is needed, “If you are give me,” and “other department.” The final sentence also lacks clear punctuation and a complete closing structure. Practise accurate request and conditional patterns, and check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb. Greater control of these structures would make your ideas easier to follow.
