Student answer (Band 6.0)
Nowadays following public figures by paparazzi has become a immersive trend that they are being followed and photographed everywhere they visit.
Apparently, this matter has clicked a lot into opposing party community that they believe this is totally a shameful act. This essay will discuss both sides and my opinion following after that.
The first side of the coin will discuss about individuals those who stand in the support of photographers. No doubt that celebrities have made their place in public's heart and mind. Apparently, this leads the craze of people following their favorite stars everywhere. Public wanted to know everything about famous people and even their visited places. Some citizen believe that they are responsible for public figure's growth and fame, which allows them to look into their personal lives as well.
The alternative viewpoint of some individuals does not allow paparazzi to follow celebrities everywhere. People also believes that famous people has the same right to live a normal life as regular citizen. Moreover, delving into someone's personal life is inappropriate and unethical. A proportion of individuals states that their should be a legal consent taken every time when meeting a celebrity off stage. Certain people also believes that meddling into someone's personal moments should be prohibited, regardless of their status.
In conclusion, I would state that people have right to follow their favorite celebrity. However, photographs and intervention by paparazzi should be stopped when famous people are in the personal zones.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The essay addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the response is under the 250-word minimum (244 words), which negatively impacts the task achievement score. While the ideas are relevant, they are somewhat underdeveloped; for instance, the argument regarding 'public's heart and mind' could be expanded with more specific examples or deeper analysis. The conclusion is present but brief. To improve, ensure you meet the word count requirement and provide more substantial supporting details for each viewpoint to demonstrate a more thorough exploration of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, with a clear introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'The first side of the coin' and 'The alternative viewpoint', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical or unnatural, such as 'Apparently, this matter has clicked a lot into opposing party community'. The progression of ideas is generally clear, but the overall structure would benefit from more sophisticated linking words to improve the flow between sentences and paragraphs.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but there are instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'immersive trend', 'clicked a lot into opposing party community', and 'legal consent taken'. These errors occasionally impede the precision of your arguments. While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'paparazzi' and 'unethical', the range is somewhat limited. To reach a higher band, focus on using collocations more accurately and expanding your range of academic vocabulary to express complex ideas more naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('Some citizen believe', 'People also believes', 'famous people has'), incorrect article usage, and awkward sentence construction ('there should be a legal consent taken'). While these errors do not completely prevent understanding, they are frequent enough to be noticeable. To improve, focus on mastering basic subject-verb agreement and ensuring that complex sentence structures are constructed with greater accuracy.
