Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument, but the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you mention that some people find the constant photography intrusive, the explanation is somewhat disjointed. The argument regarding why celebrities hire photographers is clearer, but the connection to the prompt's core tension—the ethics of paparazzi versus the public's interest—is often lost. Your own opinion is present but could be more explicitly stated in the introduction and conclusion to ensure a clear position throughout. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on one clear idea and supports it with a logical explanation rather than listing examples.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the logical progression between sentences is often weak. For example, the transition from discussing professional careers to the photography industry feels abrupt. Cohesive devices are used, but they are sometimes mechanical or misused, such as 'And ofcourse' or 'And did not hire'. The referencing is occasionally unclear, making it difficult to determine who 'they' refers to in certain sentences. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence flows naturally from the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but there are frequent errors in word choice and spelling that occasionally impede communication. Examples include 'advance era' instead of 'advanced era', 'cliking' instead of 'clicking', and 'quite their mouths' instead of 'keep their mouths shut'. You attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'influencers' and 'advertisement', which is good, but the range is limited. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and ensure that your spelling is accurate, as repeated errors in basic vocabulary can distract the reader from your arguments.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures, and there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('moslty people chooses'), incorrect verb tenses ('photographers paied muvh money'), and awkward phrasing ('if celebrities or famous influencers were hired professional photographers that is their choice'). While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar limits the score. To improve, practice using a wider variety of complex sentence structures, such as relative clauses or conditional sentences, and proofread carefully to correct basic errors in tense and agreement.
