Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is observed that some individuals are photographed by professional photographers everywhere they go. Some say this is a good thing. Although, some person think that this is not a better thing. I am agree the given statement to large extent. My inclination is elaborated in ensuring paragraph and relevant examples.
The foremost argument to justify my stand is that taking a photographs is the great thing because it is the kind of memories and capture all the enjoyable moments. For instance, after above the ages we would watch these pictures and feel that moment. Taking the photographs from professional is a kind thing because they are pro and they know how to adjust the everything in this picture such as, colors, effects and so on.
Furthermore, the other reason to prove my point is photographers also have complete their course with the certification. So, according to me this will be a professionalism. They also give instructions to the that person who wants photographs with some different poses.
On the contemporary, some people counter claim the photographs are wrong to follow famous people. Some pupils are attracted to from them and they also want to do the same things without any knowledge because its also kind of a skill and everyone have not.
Moreover, it is totally wastage of money and time. Some pupils pend lot of money on the photographers after they will get only few pictures. There are very high tech cellphones are available in the market, with the use of that mobile phones you can click a better pictures with their own.
In my opinion, I am agree with that individuals which think that photographers are wrong to follow famous people.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument, but the development is inconsistent. While you provide reasons for why photography is beneficial, the arguments regarding the negative aspects are somewhat confusing and lack clarity. For example, your point about 'pupils' being attracted to celebrities is not clearly linked to the prompt about professional photographers. Furthermore, your position is contradictory; you state you agree with the statement to a large extent in the introduction, but conclude by agreeing with those who think photographers are wrong. This lack of a clear, consistent position throughout the essay limits the score. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on one clear idea and that your conclusion aligns with your introduction.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. Phrases like 'On the contemporary' are misused, and the transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt. The referencing is also occasionally unclear, such as in the second paragraph where the connection between 'memories' and 'professional photographers' is not fully developed. To improve, focus on using linking words more naturally and ensure that each sentence flows logically from the previous one. Improving the logical progression within paragraphs will significantly enhance the overall coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary range is limited and often repetitive. You rely on basic terms like 'good thing' and 'great thing' multiple times. There are also issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'taking a photographs' (should be 'taking photographs') and 'complete their course' (should be 'completed their training'). Some phrases are awkward, such as 'after above the ages'. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use a wider variety of vocabulary, including less common lexical items, and ensure that words are used in their correct context. Focus on learning collocations rather than individual words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text that occasionally impede communication. Examples include 'I am agree' (should be 'I agree'), 'some person think' (should be 'some people think'), and 'everyone have not' (should be 'not everyone has'). The sentence structures are mostly simple, and attempts at more complex sentences often contain errors in subject-verb agreement or article usage. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence structures, particularly subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles. Proofreading your work for these common errors before finishing will help you improve your accuracy.
