Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is undeniable truth that photographers follow the famous celebrities everywhere to click their all moments. Many individuals opine that people are interested to know everything about their beloved celebrities; while, others counterclaim that it is a wrong practice. This trend is sometime beneficial for the common people, but problematic for the famous personalities. Both the aspects are explained in this essay.
People who want to see all captions of the famous personalities is good has their own reasons. The primary one is the ambition they get by following their favorite stars. Every human has a goal to become famous in the industry they are passionate about. They can get motivation by watching the success stories and the trend their hero follows. Ronaldo is a prompt example for it as he has more than 250 million of followers on social media. They are influenced by the trend that Ronaldo follows. Moreover, capturing the moments of famous figures may the only source of income to many individuals.
However, even after having some benefits of this trend, many people think it is not appropriate to capture everything about well-known personalities. The principle reason this is the celebrities also have their personal life. Sometimes they might want to walk like the ordinary people. If the peps follow them everywhere, then if would be not considered as an appropriate action. Sometimes the famous person might end up in facing complicated situation. Foe instance, if a famous celebrity goes out with their family, then it would be difficult for them to get some personal space if they are followed continuously by photographers.
In conclusion, although following our favorite superstar might be beneficial to get a motivation, and also is a reason for someone to earn, but I think it should have some limits, where people should respect the celebrities personal space.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The essay addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both views and providing a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the motivational aspect of following celebrities and the ethical concerns regarding privacy. However, the development is somewhat uneven. For example, the argument about photographers' income is mentioned but not fully explored. The position is clear throughout, though the conclusion could be more robust in summarizing the main arguments. Overall, the response fulfills the requirements of the task well, though it lacks the depth required for a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized into paragraphs, each with a clear central topic. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'The primary one', 'Moreover', and 'However', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions are slightly mechanical or awkward, such as 'The principle reason this is the celebrities also have their personal life'. Additionally, some referencing is slightly unclear, and the flow between sentences could be smoother. The paragraphing is appropriate, and the progression of ideas is generally easy to follow, meeting the criteria for a solid band 6.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express ideas clearly. There are attempts to use less common vocabulary, such as 'undeniable truth', 'opine', and 'personalities'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'click their all moments' (instead of 'capture every moment') and 'peps' (likely a misspelling of 'paps' or 'paparazzi'). While these errors do not impede communication, they limit the range and precision of the language, keeping the score at a band 6 level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. There are several grammatical errors, such as 'This trend is sometime beneficial' (should be 'sometimes'), 'capturing the moments... may the only source' (missing 'be'), and 'if would be not considered' (incorrect word order). While these errors are noticeable, they rarely impede the reader's understanding of the main points. The control over complex structures is inconsistent, and punctuation is generally functional but occasionally imprecise. The frequency of errors suggests a band 6 performance.
