Student answer (Band 6.0)
Now, celebrities got phptpgraphed by professional people wherever they travel. A few individuals hold a view that this trend is positive as audience has keen interest in their daily living. But, other believe that these photographers are doing wrong by following these stars. In my opinion, these famous people should be given privacy to their lives.
On the one hand, there are many reasons people support this trend. Firstly, the fan following of these stars is so high. They are very interested to know about their daily routine, where they are travelling and also what are their next activities. These kind of things make them curious to know about their personal life. Secondly, it would also a great source for new channels, media and also for magazine topics. This allows the media to get a news about celebrity and share it with public which directly help them generate revenue. For example, an Indian TV actor visiting a public event quickly become popular on social media last year.
On the other hand, critics argue that photographers should respect the personal life of any celebrity. Famous poeple also have their regular life which they enjoy when they are not working. So, taking photographes when they are out with family and kids can ruin their day. Moreover, taking pictures without the concent of the person is not ethical thing. Therefore, cameramans or any media person should avoid doing such activties.
In coclusion, it is photographs of famous personalities which are taken by random photographers could be both benefitial and also a disadvantage too. It has a balanced approach as it helps their fans to stay updated and media can generate money from a celebrity news. However, this could make their experience bad when celebrities are with family and having their personal moments together.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt: it discusses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the public's curiosity and the media's revenue generation, as well as the ethical concerns regarding privacy. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat basic. For instance, the example of the Indian TV actor is vague and does not fully illustrate the broader point about media influence. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your arguments with more detailed explanations or more specific, well-integrated examples to demonstrate a deeper exploration of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized into four paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of ideas. You use basic cohesive devices like 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion' to signal shifts in the argument. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly repetitive. Additionally, there are instances where referencing is unclear, such as in the final paragraph where the sentence structure becomes convoluted, making it difficult to track the relationship between the ideas presented. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between sentences would enhance the flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your meaning clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'privacy', 'ethical', and 'revenue'. However, there are several spelling errors ('phptpgraphed', 'concent', 'coclusion', 'benefitial') and some awkward collocations ('doing wrong', 'not ethical thing'). The range of vocabulary is somewhat limited, relying on simple descriptors. To improve, focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensure you proofread for spelling accuracy, as these errors occasionally distract the reader from the content.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there is a high frequency of grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('celebrities got phptpgraphed', 'other believe', 'cameramans'), incorrect article usage, and awkward phrasing ('it would also a great source'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are persistent and occur in both simple and complex sentences. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically verb tenses and pluralization, before attempting more complex structures.
