Student answer (Band 6.0)
In today's world, well known people are photographed by professional photographers quite often. Many individuals believe that this is a good thing because public are interested in their lives, while other people believe that it is not reasonable to follow famous people every time. This essay will discuss both views and explain why I believe reveals someone's personal life is not a good decision by photographers.
One of the main reasons is people have significantly influenced by known personalities lifestyles. People are enjoying and want to follow their lifestyles, and more photographed people also have several benefits for their career. People only recognize people, who they can see quite often. Therefore, it is beneficial for well knows figures to saw their lifestyles because they have become more famous, and ultimately, they grow in their careers. For example, famous personalities always happy to share their daily-life and share it to the people. As a result, the famous people become more famous.
However, other people think that it is wrong to follow the famous people because it can affect their personal life. Sometimes, famous people want to spend personal time with the family without exposed to public. Nevertheless, they have photographed by someone and reveal their personal life. Sometimes it may hurt them emotionally. For instance, one of the famous cricketers, don't want to reveal his daughter's face, but it was captured by someone without permission. As a result, he was emotionally damaged and asks to delete this photograph.
To conclude, although photographed everywhere is beneficial for famous people as they increase their popularity among fans. Nevertheless, I believe that famous people also have their own personal life, so it is inappropriate to capture them without their permission.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all parts of the prompt by discussing both views and providing a clear personal opinion. The ideas are relevant, such as the career benefits for celebrities versus the emotional impact of privacy invasion. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding career growth is repetitive, and the example of the cricketer is a bit vague. To reach a higher band, ensure that your supporting points are more fully extended with deeper analysis rather than just restating the main point. Your position is consistent throughout the essay, which is a strength.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a central theme. You use basic cohesive devices like 'However', 'For example', and 'To conclude' to transition between ideas. However, the flow is occasionally mechanical, and some linking words are used incorrectly or redundantly, such as 'Nevertheless' appearing twice in the final paragraph. Referencing is sometimes unclear; for example, in the second paragraph, the phrase 'People only recognize people' is repetitive and lacks precision. Improving the variety and accuracy of your cohesive devices will help the progression of your ideas feel more natural and sophisticated.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'personalities', 'inappropriate', and 'permission'. However, there are noticeable inaccuracies in word choice and collocation that occasionally hinder the flow. For example, 'well knows figures' should be 'well-known figures', and 'reveals someone's personal life' is grammatically awkward in this context. You also rely on repetitive phrasing, such as using 'famous people' multiple times in close proximity. To improve, focus on using more precise collocations and synonyms to avoid repetition and enhance the sophistication of your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('public are', 'people have significantly influenced'), incorrect verb forms ('to saw their lifestyles', 'they have photographed'), and missing articles. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be distracting. To improve, pay closer attention to passive voice construction and verb tense consistency. Focusing on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and article usage would significantly improve the accuracy of your writing.
