Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you provide an example regarding Mahesh Babu, the explanation of why photographers should or should not follow celebrities is occasionally repetitive and lacks depth. The conclusion is incomplete, ending abruptly mid-sentence, which prevents a full summary of your position. To improve, ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence and that your arguments are fully expanded with logical reasoning rather than just listing points. The final paragraph needs to be finished to ensure your position is clearly restated.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. You use some cohesive devices like 'On the one hand', 'Moreover', and 'In conclusion'. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as 'For this he established' or 'This imact effect on'. The progression of ideas is occasionally hindered by awkward phrasing and grammatical errors, making some sentences difficult to follow. Improving the flow between sentences and ensuring that referencing (e.g., 'this', 'they') is clear will help improve the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary used is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. You rely on basic terms and there are several instances of incorrect word choice or collocation, such as 'keen about their lives' (should be 'keen on'), 'taking as a role models', and 'without intimation'. Spelling errors like 'postive', 'intersted', 'Internt', and 'imact' also occur. To achieve a higher score, focus on using more sophisticated vocabulary and ensure that your word choices are natural and contextually appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. You frequently make errors with verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and sentence construction, such as 'they are a plethora of reasons' and 'it would encourages to followers'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of grammatical errors is high enough to cause some distraction for the reader. Focusing on basic sentence structure and proofreading for subject-verb agreement will significantly improve your accuracy.
